How does the free trial work?

Sign up with your email — no credit card required. The trial includes all ChiroStride features for 30 days and does not auto-convert. To continue after the trial, choose a paid plan and complete checkout.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch from your account settings. At current prices, $499/year saves $220.88 — about 31% — compared with twelve $59.99 monthly payments.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

ChiroStride does not currently offer a one-click full-account export. Contact support before canceling if you need help retrieving specific records or understanding account access after cancellation.

Is there a limit on patients or SOAP notes?

No limits. Add as many patients, generate as many SOAP notes, and book as many appointments as you need. Everything is unlimited.

Does it work on my phone?

Chiro Stride is a Progressive Web App. Install it on your iPhone, Android, or tablet — it looks and feels like a native app. No app store required.

What about offline use?

Chiro Stride has offline support for cached records, in-progress visit notes, and photos. Those items can sync when connectivity returns; voice transcription and signing require a connection.
